Leadership
Robert Stiles,
Chairman and CEO, Enerven-Wesco
Prior to Enerven, Stiles served as President and CEO of Weatherford Global Compression Service. Stiles came to Weatherford as Senior VP following the merger between Weatherford and EVI, where Stiles was a Vice President. Stiles has also held VP-level positions at Grant Prideco and Baker Oil Tools.
He is an engineering graduate of Texas A&M University and holds an M.B.A. from Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business.
Tom Little,
VP of Business Development, Enerven-Wesco
Mr. Little has a background in consulting services to small compressor service and leasing companies as well as investors with interest in the industry. Prior to consulting, Little served as Senior VP, Sales and Marketing, for USA Compression.
Little has also held senior management positions at Global Compression and Total Compression. He graduated with honors from the University of Texas with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
Earl Ashley
Operations Manager, Enerven-Wesco
Prior to his current position, Ashley has served in a variety of technical Wesco positions, including Area Supervisor for the Gulf Coast. Before joining the company, he held a number of critical management and technical positions at Universal Compression and Halliburton Resource Management (HRM).
Jim Gill
Operations, Enerven LLC
Prior to Enerven, Mr. Gill ran a consultancy. He’s held operational leadership positions at Total Compression, Global Compressions and Weatherford. Prior, he founded ProPower, Inc., a Californian gas compression rental and service company. From 1963–1984, Gill worked for Production Operators, Inc., working up from Lead Technician to Operations Manager.
Gill has over 50 years of compression experience.
Paul Friesen
Electrification, Enerven-Wesco
Friesen consults with a special focus on gas compression electrification. Prior, he was a consultant to Weatherford Global Compression Services, LLC, assisting them in divestiture of a compressor manufacturing component and developing a new strategic direction via a joint venture with a Fortune 500 company. From 1996 to 1999 Mr. Friesen was President and CEO of Global Compression Services, Inc.
Prior, Friesen held various positions in GE’s Power Systems Business located in New York. He has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. |
